Most founders don’t have a strategy problem. They have a strategy-execution gap.

They’ve thought about where they want to go. They might even have a deck. But it sits in a drawer while day-to-day work takes over. The team isn’t aligned. Priorities shift weekly. Progress feels busy but not directional.

Research shows this gap costs companies 25-35% of revenue annually, not because strategies are wrong, but because leadership lacks the system to execute them.

I work with founders and leadership teams to close that gap.

WHAT I DO:

SLS Strategy Labs → Workshop-based strategy facilitation → Turning scattered thinking into clear strategic direction → Connecting strategy to weekly execution

Strategy Execution Alignment → Building the system, not just the plan → Leadership alignment and role clarity → From “strategy as event” to “strategy as discipline”

Foundation Building for New Ventures → Spin-offs and new company launches → Strategic clarity before operational complexity → Helping multi-hat founders know which hat they’re wearing

HOW I WORK:

I don’t hand you a strategy. I help you structure your own thinking through questions, frameworks, and structured conversation. The goal is building your capability to make better decisions, and keep making them after our work ends.

I built this system because I needed it and didn’t have it. I’ve lived the failure mode: strategy that never translated to action, partners who couldn’t connect daily work to strategic objectives, role confusion, unclear priorities. SLS came from learning the hard way.

LOOKING FOR: → Founders who have tried strategy work before and found it disconnected from reality → Leadership teams that are busy but not aligned, or bogged down fighting fires → Companies where strategy exists but doesn’t translate into action
